- Politicians and Bureaucrats never are who they profess to be
- February 13, 2013 - 13:58
The full deck of Conservatives over the past 10 years have said one thing and meant another. Can anyone remember when ex-Premier Williams lambasted the Federal Government on its treatment of Newfoundland and Labrador and now we know he is no different than any other politician who has ever had anything to do with ruling the province? It appears to me that he is in tight with them on the Muskrat Falls deal. POLITICIANS, of like mentality, are all tarred with the one brush and are all contaminated with the "me-syndrome". Newfoundlanders and Labradorians are never the winners when their natural resources are developed, it is always the politicians and their business affiliates, the very reason why Newfoundland and Labrador never prospered economically since it has been part of Canada and before that.

Noseworthy has turned into a joke. Just another one waddling up to the trough. How can anyone take this guy seriously anymore? Corrupt is as corrupt does. The whole thing just stinks and they are getting away with it.

On the other hand Mr. Dwyer you have Kevin O'Brien who's paid handsomely for doing absolutely nothing but make asinine comments.

What did John Noseworthy have to say about all this? Were his comments honest and forthright or did he admit guilt by his silence? Anyway, the premier has just appointed a deputy minister of procurement reform-that should clear all this scullduggery up once and for all and very quickly. There's no word as yet on whether Mike Duffy will be appointed as his consultant or not.
