A St. John’s city councillor suspects an increase in parking tickets related to overnight street cleaning is the result of a previous council’s decision to stop mailing out the street cleaning schedule in hopes that residents would make better use of the city’s website. The city’s public works committee has approved a proposal to resume mailouts. Do you think the city should resume mailing out the schedule?
