Amazing sky

Many people were amazed by the beautiful sunset of Sept. 25, 2012 as seen in the St. John’s region, the southern shore and other areas of the Avalon Peninsula. The brilliant setting sun lit up the puffy underbellies of endless cumulus clouds in the sky creating a ceiling with rich pink, red, orange and blue colours.
