Ronald Mconald House officially opened
Ronald McDonald House Newfoundland and Labrador was officially opened Thursday. The house is located on Clinch Crescent in St. John’s, not far from the Janeway Children’s Hospital. Offering 14 family suites, the house will accommodate more than 500 families with sick or injured children each year. It will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The house includes a large kitchen, family room, television room, resource center, home office, children’s play areas and laundry facilities.
