Operation Brass Monkey

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary cadet class participated in an outdoor winter survival exercise Monday, involving the use of snowshoes during a prolonged hike. They were also responsible for building their own shelter to sleep in during the exercise. Telegram photographer Gary Hebbard stopped by to photograph some of the activities in the area near the St. John's Rod and Gun club.
