To whom its may concern, I was in St John's couple weeks ago, Driving on Topsail Road. At the intersection where you turn off on to Columbus Drive, When a Black 2014 Chevy Impala pull up to the medium, Out jump this young man from the car, with a sign in his hand, saying I'm from out of town, traveling and hungry, But before he left the car, He gave the young woman a kiss, and said good bye to the two children in the back seat. Do this give you a sign of being homeless, or just another way to pick people pockets? Question is? are they all doing its, Answer is NO. But the one's who really need our help, Got to pay for people like him who is screwing the system.
