Paul Perham would make a great addition to the squad. The kid has a lot of heart and can score really bury it. Go Renegades go!

Roper, Ryan, and escott were' all considered last summer, before either had any idea they'd be with the Cee Bee Stars. It's a chicken and egg thing. Did u ever think maybe Moores liked all three from coaching them in ball hockey and that's why got them into harbour grace? Not the other way around?

No doubt Bishop has great hands. With his bad knee can he keep up with the running needed at this level? You all could not be more wrong about Ian Moores. I have spoken with him and he reiterated the scouts and selection committee could care less where any players are from. All that matters is that the best team is on the floor to win Gold for Canada in front of a home town crowd. Of course everyone is entitled to their opinion but you know what they say about opinions. "Opinions are like A-Holes. Everyone has one and everyone thinks that everyone else's stinks.

Bishop played fine in 2009 but he's older and hurt his knee back then. He isn't even playing ice hockey this year, I assume injuries. They all played at nationals last august and made the final. Bishop never made the cut but us very respected and if u take everything into account he wouldn't make t over sweetland(magician) or TR. (2 way ten year vet) Last worlds n Slovakia Ryan played with sparkes and another feller they were Canada's best line, came 2nd and 3rd on team Canada in scoring and they lost in final. Highly entertaining, it was on the web. Roper was named trainer 2 years ago when they found out it was here...he,was NLs trainer and I guess canada says why fly a guy in when a local can do it. Roper has done it a long time. Zach O'Brien isn't a CeeBee, he is a leading scorer in the q and ripper up ball hockey scoring this past summer. A no brainer. Moores has coached ball hockey forever. They all happen to b on Ceebees but so is dyke and he could b there. Escott had a great nationals last yr and is young. Some of u must not b informed; these are all sensible picks

Easy on calling for Pardy there Ian. I'm sure he probably has something in his contract about that.

I can't see how Jeremy Bishop's name isn't mentioned here!! Really Jordan Escott and Chris Sparkes??? Sparkes got the call last worlds cause they need 5 players from NFLD cause they won the previous Nationals and no one else could go. Not hard to tell Ian Moores has something to do with this and got his Cee Bee Boys a look in. FARCE

An absolute farce... Bish has been one of the best players on the island for the past number of years and dosn't get a look in. Sure he finished second in world scoring a few years back. No trouble to tell that Ian Moores has a part to play in this. Sparkes/O'Brein/Escott- what an absolute joke. People wonder why the CeeBee organization are going tits up and about to fold, also big coincidence that Canada (who dominated world ball hockey) hasnt won a gold medal in the last three to four champonships with Moores being involved. Nothing off the Avalon. What a big Joke!!!!

Brandon Street of Bonavista would be a great addition to the roster as well.

Finally we'll get something decent to watch in Mt. Pearl. It'll be the only way the Glacier will get fans. If they are expecting any of the ice hockey teams to fill the seats they are sadly mistaken.

Way to go for the NL'ers who were chosen to represent Canada. We have many talented people in our province. Is that Roper guy that fills the CeeBees water bottles? Good to see Terry still living the dream of '95. Here's hoping Moores head doesn't swell any more than it has or its going to be tough getting a jersey down over it. Good luck this summer guys.

Had a chance to see a few games the last time the worls were here. Great hockey, and would encourage any hockey fan to attend. Skill was amazing! Go Canada go!
