The Bees continued to create havoc on the mound for Donna Clarke of the Rangers, stinging her for 17 runs on 25 hits in a game that was over from the first inning.
It was a hot start right out of the batter’s box for the Bees in the first inning that sparked an offensive surge.

Linda Neville was also able to contribute in the loss, going 1-for-3 with a two-run double.
The Bees are beginning to create a buzz around the league with their performance at the plate — one which they hope to carry into the final series against the regular season champion Whelan’s Gate Rangers, who finished off the West Side Monarchs in Tuesday evening’s semifinal.
The best-of-seven final series between the Bees and Gate is set to begin this evening at 5:45 p.m. on Ambrose O’Reilly Memorial Field.
