Thank you Jamie, for the clearing the air!!!! Brad took ALOT of heat for your dismisal and it was unfair. Thank you for being the man that you are and telling it like it was .
Good luck to you this week.

JR: How could you question what Brad and his teammates have done for this province? They have put this province on the curling map. So many people, young and old, have taken up curling since Brad and team started having success nationally and internationally. They have been great role models for young curlers in this province, actually great role models in general. Apparently, you're too narrow-minded to see that. Were you not around to see the excitement in this province when they won Olympic Gold? The province practically shut down to watch the gold medal game on February 24, 2006, a day that many people here will always remember. It's a shame that you just don't get it!

Mike, is your last name Gushue or Nichols?

People can have opinons of Gushue, be it negative or positive, with no apologies necessary. Just as I'm sure you now have opinions of me and the other people responding to your points.

Good to finally see Korab admit that there were other issues that led to him being dropped from the team. Too bad he wasn't man enough to do it a year ago. A lot of people owe Brad Gushue an apology but I would imagine most people won't own up to that either!

Mike, I see no such admission. Read it again.

Ken, virtual anonymity + criticism. Classy.

Brad has done a lot for this province! What has he done? What a silly thing to say!

    Best of Luck, Jamie

I was enthralled when team Gushue did us proud at the Olymoics.

I always felt Jamie was the real heart and soul of that team.

It was Jamie who let fans at St. john's airport touch his medal. He just knew how proud we all were that Newfoundland stood at the top of that podium.

Teams (like marriages) sometimes break up.

Jamie Korab is a fine curler and even better human being.

Have fun and best wishes for this weekend!

    Curling and Revenue Canada

Canadian media carried the news that Middaugh was nailed by Revenue Canada a few weeks ago for not declaring his winnings from prior curling events.

Jamie, get your money up front or this guy may not pay you what you are owed.
