CURLING

Brad Gushue's rink isn't the only undefeated team through four draws at the Labatt Tankard Provincial Men's Curling Championship at the Bally Haly Golf and Curling Club in St. John's.

Matt Blandford's and his Re/Max Centre team of third Trent Skanes, second Jamie Danbrook and lead Brad MacInnes won twice Tuesday, leaving them with a 3-0 record heading into today's action.

There will be one less unbeaten team in the nine-entry Tankard by supper time this evening. That's because Gushue, the three-time defending and six-time Tankard champion who has won all four games he's played so far, will meet Blandford, a former provincial junior champ in the 1:30 p.m. draw.
