Everytime Kenn Oliver opens his mouth he stirs the pot! He started this with his opening comments!!! Shame! Shame! Shame! But I guess that is what he is getting paid for!

Shame on the lot of you. Who cares who was on the team 25 years ago, didn't that team represent Newfoundland and Labrador, I would like to think that as Newfoundlanders and Labradorians we celebrated the win of the Allen Cup 25 years ago along with the Corner Brook team who proudly represented NL and we should be equally as proud today that a team representing NL again brought the cup home again. What is wrong with all of you, You sound like a bunch of jealous kids. . Sorry, but is there wonder there is so much bullying today.

While I am overjoyed at this victory, it is bitter sweet. I don't know who makes the rules, but why could Clarenville add 10 players, but Dundas (ON) had to travel there with 12 guys? Clarenville borrowed as many players as Dundas played with. I think the players would agree, everyone should be allowed to top up to at least 15 skaters & 2 goalies. The ON rep wasn't competing on a level playing field. They never had a chance. Great win none the less, like the NHL commercials, "History was made".

Mr. Smith--Dundas plays under the same rules as Clarenville. They are allowed to affiliate with another team. Dundas did not have to travel there with 12 players,(when they played us they had 17-18 players) Ontario won 48 of the last 103 Allan Cups-Poor old Ontario.

To CB Royal Fan.....at least the Caribous won with Newfoundlanders....not a total mainland team that they Royals won with back in the 80's. Get your head out of the sand man, you are truely a sore loser.

Sad sad comment........ CB Royal Fan.....just saying! It takes a team to win.......shouldn't we all be celebrating the fact that a Newfoundland team won the title..... “To put a team together from the Clarenville area and the Conception Bay area, to win nationally, it was an unbelievable feeling.” - Caribous’ defenceman Ryan Power......it says a lot there now...don't you think!
