Bear behind bars

Lauren Norman isn't afraid of polar bears. The St. Anthony child and many people from the area showed up last week to get a glimpse of this bear, named 'Bubbles' by conservation officers. The polar bear was captured on the Bonavista Peninsula and taken to Cook's Harbour before it was carried by helicopter to Belle Isle, so it could resume its northward journey. - Photo by Aaron Beswick/The Northern Pen
