Club advises public to be aware of person posing as funding collector

The Boys and Girls Club of St. John's issued a news advisory today informing the public the club is not collecting funds for a swim-a-thon.
The club received a report a person may be collecting money in the area of Pasadena Crescent in St. John's saying the money is for a swim-a-thon being held by the club.
The Boys and Girls Club of St. John's advises the club does not solicit door to door.
