Arena road reopened

RCMP in Baie Verte have reopened the road that runs adjacent to the Tommy Ricketts Arena.
Lewis Avenue was closed Monday after ammonia was discovered leaking from a 100-pound tank at the stadium.
The leak has been contained, but people were asked to stay away from the area and those who live near the stadium were asked to stay inside.
Ammonia is considered a severe respiratory irritant and can cause a reaction if skin is exposed.
