Small schools volleyball tournaments this weekend

School Sports Newfoundland and Labrador's volleyball season gets underway this coming weekend with the island representative for the Small Schools Boys and Girls Volleyball to be declared.
The Provincial Small Schools Championships will take place in Churchill Falls two weeks later and will feature the island representative and the Labrador entries. Schools involved in small schools events must have a high school population of 40 students or less.
The Island Small Schools Girls Volleyball is being hosted by St. James All Grade, Lark Harbour.
Six teams will compete for the opportunity to represent the island at the provincial tournament.
