City workers injured after being hit by vehicle

Two Corner Brook city workers were sent to hospital after being hit by a vehicle about 7 p.m. Tuesday while they were doing road work in the O'Connell Drive area of the city.
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary said the injuries are believed to be of a non life-threatening nature.
The female driver of the vehicle was also taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The accident remains under investigation.
