Patten wins Pouch Cove by 21 votes

Incumbent mayor Sarah Patten has squeaked out a victory in Pouch Cove, winning by 21 votes.
Town officials are still counting ballots on the councillors' race, but based on unofficial results indicate Patten beat out challengers Tom St. John and Jeff Mulley.
