It is a highly competitive sport and it is not the same team Gushue.

    It's going to be tight.

Just more proof that Gushue's gold medal was a fluke; a very rewarding fluke, but a fluke all the same. Shades of Jack McDuff.

There was no fluke in winning an Olympic Gold Medal. They played and beat the best curlers in the world to represent Canada.

Team Gushue usually play their best curling when their backs are against the wall, and will make it to Edmonton.

I wish people would stop the Gushue bashing! They are one of the top curling teams in the world.

I hope Gushue makes it, however if he doesn't, it will be okay.

Afterall, the way the media kissed his rear end after 2006, there are not many options left to celebrate other than renaming the province to Team Gushue.

I wish I could fluke my way to an Olympic Gold medal!!

Give your heads a shake NL'ers. Any other province would love to have these great players representing them. All you do is try to cut them down and wish the worst upon them. Shame on you.

Sure hope that Team Gushue are not eliminated and make it to Edmonton.
Maybe they are trying too hard because Brad is kind of demanding and serious.
He's probably making his Team members feel too pressured, which would make them nervous and make mistakes.
    However, they are excellent curlers.
If they lose, who will Brad blame this time? It's never himself.

I'll be watching this afternoon.I wish the team well but keep asking myself how much longer can Brad say his team hasn't reached it's potential yet.

He was on the news this mourning and said about a hogged rock, who hogged the rock. Was it the great Brad Gushue !
