Update: Outer Ring Road lane open

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary wishes to advise the general public that a lane on the Outer Ring Road - from Allandale Road to Brad Gushue Highway - closed earlier today is now open.
The lane was closed briefly due to a motor vehicle accident and poor weather conditions.
RNC Traffic Services advises visibility remains limited due to severe white-out conditions on Pitts Memorial Drive and the Outer Ring Road (TCH). Motorists are asked to exercise caution and avoid these routes where possible.
