Police, town officials issue open water warning in Labrador

The RCMP, in conjunction with the Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay, would like to advise the general public that open water has been reported near Birchy Island and in towards Wilbourne Bay area.
RCMP are advising people to stay away from this area.
