Toronto -

Starting today, Canadians flying to the U.S. can take two carry-on bags and personal items with them on a plane.
Restrictions on carry-ons were imposed after a botched Christmas Day terror attack on a flight to Detroit from Amsterdam.
Canada quickly banned carry-on luggage, then allowed U.S.-bound passengers one carry-on bag and some personal items in January.
Transport Minister John Baird said "more robust air security measures" have removed the need for temporary carry-on restrictions.
Those new security measures include full body scanners at airports and a strengthening of explosive trace detection.
Passengers are asked to check with the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (www.catsa.gc.ca) or their airline for items that are allowed in carry-on luggage.

see what they do? Scare the public into thinking that the threat of terrorism is not only real but constant (but dont ask why the world hates us because then youll learn things your not sposed to because it makes you harder to lie to) Then after they get you scared they take away some rights, you cant own a gun, you have to be doused in carcinogenic radiation in every airport you go through in the name of security what makes cancer any safer than terrorism? Im more likely to get cancer than be in a terrorist act but i can still be forced to go through x ray scanners if i dont opt to be patted down.

Then they give the cops bigger guns, they put armed marshalls on airplanes, they search you, your luggage, your shoes. why? they dont care about security someones got to build, install and operate the machines and it generates lots of money. Peace sells but no ones buying. Its fear and war mongering that drive profits and this is one of many examples of how if left unchecked it can change our lives.
