Juno Gala going ahead tonight in St. John's

The Juno Awards wrap up tonight in St. John's, Newfoundland.
The first 32 Juno Awards were handed out yesterday, but some of the biggest awards will be presented at tonight's televised gala.
Crooner Michael Buble entered the contest with six nominations and won for best pop album yesterday, and remains in the running for four more awards.
Somalian-born hip-hop artist K'naan won artist of the year -- and Billy Talent won for best rock album of the year. Local songstress Amelia Curran also won her first Juno.

    Couldn't the Telegram find more than 9 words to describe Curran's win? She is the only Newfoundlander to be nominated for an award, she wins it and gets only 9 words??????

    Call me getting old or square but todays music don't do anything for me. Will any of tonights winners be around in 5 years?
