St. John's entrepreneur Larry Daley has passed auditions and will now head to Toronto to brave the "Dragon's Den."
Daley is scheduled to pitch his business opportunity to "the Dragons," currently Arlene Dickinson, Robert Herjavec, Jim Treliving, Kevin O'Leary and W. Brett Wilson, for potential financial investment.
He is set to enter the den for taping on Friday, May 14.
Daley, the 44-year old owner of the Titanic exhibition at the Johnson GEO Centre, as well as president of Corporate Concierge Services and British Island Tours Inc, will be focusing on his Titanic experiences.
He will pitch a collectible that will be made to mark the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic: April 15, 2012.
Daley has served as a logistics specialists on multiple Titanic expeditions and served as Canadian producer on "Ghosts of the Abyss," the 3D Titanic exploration film directed by James Cameron.
"Diving to the resting site of the Titanic in June 2003 provided me with a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I hope to share with others," states Daley in a notice from CBC.
No air date for Daley's "Dragon's Den" appearance has yet been announced.
