Cormorant airlifts injured crewmember

A Canadian Forces Cormorant helicopter from 103 Search and Rescue Squadron in Gander was called upon earlier this morning to medevac an injured crewmember from the Canadian Coast Guard Ship Hudson, which was located approximately 30 nautical miles north of Hibernia.
The crewmember was airlifted to the Health Sciences Centre in St. John's.
There was no word on the extent of the injuries to the crewmember or how they were caused.
