There were no records broken at the 192nd running of the Royal St. John’s Regatta Wednesday, but the crowd of several hundred people who stayed around until the end of the day witnessed the crowning of two new champions, though among them plenty of familiar Regatta Day faces.

The Royal St. John's Regatta is the greatest sporting event in this Province. The hard work and dedication of all participants comes down to just one day and, while the winners earn everything they get and more, every crew at The Lake deserves a Championship trophy for their efforts-they are all amazing. Are you sure Ronnie Brennan is only 64.
