Man injured when car tire exploded

An industrial accident was reported at Payless Tires on James Lane in St. John's Tuesday when an employee was injured after a car tire he was changing exploded.
The male employee was taken to hospital by co-workers where he was treated for minor injuries.
Occupational Health and Safety officers attended the scene with the RNC.
