Class action targets moose accidents

St. John’s lawyer Ches Crosbie officially launched a class action lawsuit against the provincial government. He is shown in this video, followed by one of two class action representative plaintiffs, Hugh George of Dildo who is currently recovering from injuries at the Miller Centre from a summer collision with a moose. Also speaking at the news conference was Mount Pearl Coun. Lucy Stoyles, whose daughter was seriously injured in a 2009 accident with a moose.
