Metrobus unveils nine new, fully accessible buses

St. John's Transportation Commission held a ceremony Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012 to display nine new kneeling buses — buses with wheelchair ramps and other equipment designed to allow people with physical disabilities to ride.

    this is great, a buss that makes personal transportation better for all mobility impaired persons. is this the type of buss used for the metrobus trolley project ?

    I tried to listen to who ever was speaking but all I could hear was the wind. Please tell me this is not the first of these besses in St.John's, my home town. They have been in use in BC for decades.
