Moose captured in city

Conservation officers prepare to transport a moose that was tranquilized in the city on Thursday, May 24, 2012 after being tranquilized. The moose led wildlife and RNC officers on a short chase from the PWC school area on Paton Street through MUN, the Arts & Culture and Allandale Road areas before it was hit with the tranquilizer dart on Appledore Place. The moose was released back into the wild.
