RNC Const. Talia Murphy, media relations officer, answers questions from reporters Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013 concerning the the search for missing person Joshua Miller. Miller, 20, was last seen on Friday morning, Feb. 8, in the area of Blue Puttee Drive and Stavanger Drive in St. John’s when he got out of a cab in the area. Miller wasn't wearing proper winter clothes at the time and there has been a snowstorm since he went missing. He was wearing a t-shirt and maybe a blazer, police say.
