Community Heroes: Renegades remember a friend through donation to Kids Help Phone

Published on April 13, 2014
The CBR Renegades recently made a significant donation to Kids Help Phone in memory of their friend William Pieroway. Kids Help Phone is a 24/7/365 youth counselling service that is always there for young people ages five-20 across the province. This donation will make a difference to the lives of many young people seeking the counselling services of Kids Help Phone Newfoundland and Labrador. On hand for the presentation were (from left) Greg Beaumaster, Michelle Pieroway, Ken Pieroway, Ellen Foley, Stephen Powell, Shane Tobin, Brandon Gosling, and Christian Squires.  Kids Help Phone thanks the Renegades and the Pieroway family for understanding the importance of supporting child and youth mental health and well-being in their community. — Submitted photo
