Toopy and Binoo bringing musical extravaganza to St. John’s

Following a widely successful production, “Toopy and Binoo and the Marshmallow Moon,” childrens’ entertainers Toopy and Binoo are returning to the live stage in Koba Entertainment’s latest musical extravaganza, “Toopy and Binoo: Fun and Games.” And, they’re coming to Mile One Centre in St. John’s on Saturday, Nov. 15.

The story unfolds when a toy chest full of mismatched games and puzzles ignites the pair’s imagination. A news release from Koba Entertainment says Toopy and Binoo will dance with Xs and Os, wiggle with smiling snakes, and try to outsmart a gang of dancing ladders. Along with tea-partying cats, energetic Dusteroos and a flock of fun-loving sheep, Toopy and Binoo embark on their wackiest and most interactive adventure yet.

Toopy and Binoo is based on the best-selling children’s books by Dominique Jolin. The characters made their television debut in 2005 and quickly climbed into the hearts of children in hundreds of countries, including Treehouse TV (Canada), Tiji (France), Rai Sat (Italy) and Sun TV (India).

Tickets for the St. John’s show go on sale Friday at 10 a.m.
