Who's playing the 2018 George Street Festival in St. John's?

The 2018 George Street Festival lineup was announced Thursday evening and will feature Our Lady Peace, Trooper, Sons of Erin, Finger Eleven, Classified, Arkells, Shanneyganock, I Mother Earth, and Kardinal Offishall.

Previously announced was the Canada Day concert which will feature July Talk.

The festival starts Thursday July 26, with concerts every night until Wednesday August 1.

The Sons of Erin performance is dubbed ‘a historic reunion’ and the festival will also include the Saturday night Kitchen Party with Irish-Newfoundland music and the “World’s Largest Screech-In Ceremony”.

Advance tickets go on sale tomorrow (June 15) at noon.

Tickets are available online at www.georgestreetlive.ca and at etixnow.com, as well as at North Atlantic Orangestore locations province-wide.

Tickets for the Canada Day July Talk concert are already on sale.

The festival is open to people of legal drinking age.
