Kieran Cronin, developmental librarian at the Waterford Institute of Technology in Ireland, delivered his first of two talks this week on Tuesday evening at the Corner Brook Public Library.

Held in partnership with Grenfell Campus, the Corner Brook Public Library, and the Corner Brook Museum and Archives, the subject of Tuesday’s talk was “The Banned Book: Censorship in Ireland Since 1922.”

A second talk, scheduled for 7 p.m. tonight at the Corner Brook Museum and Archives, is entitled “Paws for Thought: New Leads on Irish Genealogy Resources.”
