Norris was arrested without incident late Friday night.
The RNC say they have also recovered a weapon believed to have been involved in the incident and that the arrest has eliminated any concerns for public safety.
Police initially reported that Norris was 28 but court documents show her age to be 32.
Norris will be represented by Bob Buckingham’s law office.
She will be back in court on May 24 for a bail hearing.
Norris has been ordered to not have any contact with three people - Kevin O'Brien, Jessica Peach and Shawn Pumphrey
