A 500-pound brass bell has been stolen from the cemetery at St. Luke’s Anglican Church in Norris Arm.

Lewisporte RCMP was informed of the theft on Monday.

The bell was removed from the cemetery sometime between Wednesday, Oct. 11 and Saturday, Oct. 14.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Lewisporte RCMP at 709-535-8637. To remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477) or text TIP190 plus your message to "CRIMES" (274637).
