Driver’s use of cellphone on Thorburn Road was a bad call

About 1:30 police pulled the 19-year-old driver over after she was observed using her cellphone.
It turned out she was driving without a driver’s licence in a vehicle she failed to transfer ownership of and she didn’t have a valid insurance policy.
She was issued summary offence tickets for all offences and her vehicle was impounded.
