Paradise, N.L. — Shortly after 2 o’clock this (Sunday) morning the RNC responded to a report of a suspicious man possibly checking vehicles on Carlisle Drive in Paradise.
As a result of witness reports, a 29-year-old man was arrested on charges of uttering threats, trespassing by night and breaching court orders.
He was held for a court appearance this morning.
