Whitbourne RCMP are looking for clues to help locate an excavator reportedly stolen from a work site.
According to a news release issued Aug. 20, a John Deere hydraulic excavator was stolen from a Valard work site located 10-15 kilometres east of Whitbourne. Police believe the equipment, valued at approximately $300,000, was stolen sometime between Aug. 3-12.
