Fire call at Gathering Place deemed not serious

Fire crews were called to the Gathering Place this morning to deal with reports of smoke in the building. A roofing crew was working on the building at the time.  Three engines, several SJFD vehicles, the police and an ambulance were seen on site. Crews remained to check on the situation, which was not deemed serious.
