Grand Falls-Windsor, N.L. — The RCMP is looking for the public’s help in its investigation into a theft at a Grand Falls-Windsor jewellery story.
Early Friday morning, about 4:20 a.m., police responded to a break-in at Alteen’s Jewellers on High Street.
A man smashed his way through the front door of the store. Once inside he smashed a display case and stole some jewellery and watches and then fled.
Police Dog Services West, Forensic Identification Section and Grand Falls-Windsor General Investigation Section are following up with various investigative avenues.
The investigation is ongoing.
