Pet owners who need help to get their fur family members spayed or neutered will be able to apply to the St. John’s SPCA for access to affordable surgery as of Thursday.
The SNAP program helps pet owners who can’t afford regular neutering or spaying costs
The SPCA is opening up 100 new applications for the program. Anyone who would like to avail of the SNAP program must fill out an application form and include proof of income.
