GANDER, NL – Limited visitation precautions have been put into place on the special care unit at Lakeside Homes in Gander effective immediate due to cases of respiratory illness.
Only one visitor at a time is permitted for each resident, and all visitors must be at least 14 years of age, according to a public service announcement issued by Central Health today, May 22.
The precautions do not apply to people visiting palliative care residents.
