A 27-year-old man will be appearing in court this morning on charges of uttering threats, assault and mischief in connection with an incident on Bell Island Sunday.

Members of the Bell Island RCMP responded to a domestic disturbance Sunday night. According to police, a man allegedly assaulted his girlfriend and threatened to stab his neighbour with a knife.
