Heavy police presence at apparent arrest in St. John's west end

Several officers of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary, some reportedly with guns drawn, converged on a westend neighbourhood in St. John's Wednesday afternoon.
As many as seven vehicles were seen in the area of Forbes Street, and more on Bartlett Place. One person was escorted to a cruiser and put into the back seat.
