Man arrested in Salmon Cove on cocaine, marijuana charges

A 36-year-old man was arrested on the weekend in the Town of Salmon Cove for possession of cocaine, marijuana and cannabis resin.

The Trinity Conception RCMP said the arrest was as a result of a traffic stop in the early morning hours Saturday.

The suspect was released from custody and is scheduled to appear on three charges of possession of a controlled substance in Harbour Grace Provincial Court on May 11.
