Twenty-six Canadian artists will be showcasing their artwork, including painting, photography, video, fibre art, sound and even site-specific installations, at 24 unique exhibits throughout the area.
The Bonavista Biennale will take place from Aug. 17 to Sept. 17.
Exhibits can be found in Keels, Duntara, Knight's Cove, Bonavista, Elliston, Maberly, Catalina, Port Union, Port Rexton and Trinty.
The Aug.18-20 opening weekend will provide the opportunity for guests to connect with artists at their sites. There are also numerous presentations and workshops to participate in throughout the entirety of the biennale.
All events are free of charge and open to the public.
The biennale is a program of 2 Rooms Comtemporary Art Projects out of Duntara.
