Police executed a search warrant Tuesday on a Burlington home in relation to the investigation, which began in 2015.
Sidney Malcolme Budgell, 28, remained in police custody until he was released on an undertaking by the provincial court in Grand Falls-Windsor that afternoon. Budgell’s next court appearance is scheduled for Nov. 28 in Baie Verte.
