There were no serious injuries but one car was extensively damaged in a rear-end collision on Hamilton Avenue Extension Wednesday evening.
The car collided with the rear of a pickup at about 7 p.m. in the southbound lane. One male was checked over by paramedics but he did not require hospitalization.
The pickup sustained moderate damage to its back end.
No immediate cause for the collision was available but the incident is under investigation.
