Conception Bay South, N.L. — An ongoing investigation by the RNC led to RCMP’s arrest of a C.B.S. man 6 a.m. Saturday morning.
A 34-year-old suspect was picked up in the Southern Shore area of the Avalon.
He was charged with two counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, two counts of flight from police, assault with a weapon and multiple breaches of a court order.
The accused was also charged under the Highway Traffic Act for driving while suspended and no insurance.
He was brought to court and remanded for a bail hearing.
